Mais attention, il vaut mieux avoir un peu de temps pour <strong>dig\u00e9rer<\/strong> avant de se lancer dans sa <strong>course<\/strong> ou son <strong>entrainement<\/strong> donc on essaye de trouver quelque chose de <strong>digeste<\/strong>.\u00a0Et surtout, on teste pendant les <b>entrainments<\/b> et on ne change pas ses habitudes le jour J pour ne pas risquer d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e9c\u0153ur\u00e9. Le plus important c\u2019est surtout de <strong>bien boire<\/strong>. Par exemple, au petit d\u00e9jeuner avant son <strong>trail<\/strong>, on peut boire du <strong>th\u00e9<\/strong> pour bien <strong>hydrater<\/strong> l\u2019organisme avant de partir. Et surtout on poursuit <strong>l\u2019hydratation<\/strong> en buvant pendant qu\u2019on court !<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d1c7181 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d1c7181\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En s\u2019entrainant, on boit <strong>r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement<\/strong> et on habitue son organisme \u00e0 assimiler pendant l\u2019effort. Il faut boire environ <strong>600mL\/heure<\/strong> (une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atlasformen.fr\/sports-et-loisirs\/marche-et-randonnee\/accessoires-de-randonnee\/gourdes-50052.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>gourde<\/strong><\/span><\/a>) et plus s\u2019il fait chaud ! L\u2019eau pure est moins assimilable donc pour mieux l\u2019assimiler on peut ajouter un peu de <strong>sucre<\/strong> ou du <strong>sel<\/strong> ou opter pour une <strong>boisson d\u2019effort<\/strong>. Donc pendant les <strong>trois jours<\/strong> avant la course, on fait une recharge en <strong>glucides<\/strong>. Pour les <strong>repas<\/strong> avant le trail, on opte pour du <strong>riz<\/strong> (basmati de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence), de la <strong>patate douce<\/strong>, des <strong>l\u00e9gumes secs<\/strong> comme les <strong>lentilles<\/strong> ou les <strong>pois chiches<\/strong>, qui sont <strong>riches en min\u00e9raux<\/strong>.
