Ce sont les <strong>courbes de niveau<\/strong>. Elles sont espac\u00e9es de tous les <strong>10 m\u00e8tres<\/strong>. Plus elles sont <strong>espac\u00e9es,<\/strong> plus le circuit est <strong>relativement plat<\/strong>. Pour bien vous orienter, munissez-vous d&#8217;une <strong>boussole<\/strong>. Cherchez le <strong>nord<\/strong> sur votre <strong>boussole<\/strong>.
