d\u2019\u00e9paisseur), en recueillant la chair, mais en \u00f4tant les graines<\/li><li>Dans une casserole d\u2019eau bouillante, faites cuire la chair de potimarron avec le cube de bouillon pendant <strong>15<\/strong> \u00e0 <strong>20 min<\/strong>. \u00c9gouttez la chair de potimarron, puis mixez-la avec la muscade.<\/li><li>Dans un saladier, battez les \u0153ufs, ajoutez la pur\u00e9e de\u00a0potimarron, le parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9 et la cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse. <strong>M\u00e9langez bien<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 <strong>180 \u00b0C<\/strong>. Versez la pr\u00e9paration dans le potimarron creux. Mettez le chapeau et enfournez 45 minutes.<\/li><li>Sortez le potimarron du four<strong>.<\/strong> D\u00e9taillez l\u2019emmental en fins b\u00e2tonnets et r\u00e9alisez une toile d\u2019araign\u00e9e sur le chapeau du potimarron. Replacez au four \u00e0 chaleur tombante, le temps que le fromage fonde un peu.<\/li><li>de nouveau le potimarron du four. Coupez les olives en deux dans la longueur, retirez les noyaux. D\u00e9taillez 8 morceaux d\u2019olive pour les pattes de l\u2019araign\u00e9e. \u00e0 25 min<\/strong>, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la pointe d\u2019un couteau s\u2019enfonce facilement. \u00c9gouttez et laissez refroidir.<\/li><li>Pendant ce temps, portez une grande quantit\u00e9 d\u2019eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition avec la feuille de laurier et la gousse d\u2019ail non pel\u00e9e et grossi\u00e8rement \u00e9cras\u00e9e. Versez le riz basmati. Au bout d\u2019une minute, ajoutez les lentilles corail <b>pr\u00e9alablement rinc\u00e9es <\/b>et poursuivez la cuisson <strong>9 minutes<\/strong>. \u00c9gouttez le tout.<\/li><li>Coupez les chapeaux des petites courges, retirez les graines \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une petite cuill\u00e8re, sans d\u00e9chirer la peau. Il doit rester environ <strong>1 cm de chair<\/strong> sur les bords.<\/li><li>Dans une po\u00eale chaude, faites fondre le beurre, puis ajoutez les lardons et l\u2019\u00e9chalote pel\u00e9e et \u00e9minc\u00e9e. Lorsque le tout est dor\u00e9, ajoutez-le au m\u00e9lange riz-lentilles corail. Rectifiez l\u2019assaisonnement en sel et en poivre.<\/li><li>Garnissez les petites courges de cette farce.<\/li><li>Torr\u00e9fiez les noisettes quelques secondes dans une po\u00eale <strong>sans mati\u00e8re grasse<\/strong>, puis concassez-les grossi\u00e8rement. Saupoudrez les courges de noisettes concass\u00e9es au moment de
